Grass to grace Hollywood actor Tyler Perry has just bought Fort McPherson in the state of Georgia, USA for a whooping $26million,
Tyler Perry's studio is to be sited permanently on the lot.
The newly acquired property is measured at a massive 338 acres beating Universal Studios (230 acres) to become the largest studio in North America.
Tyler Perry's ultimate dream is to own a TV  network and he pulled out of his longtime contract with LIONSGATE over racial discrimination related issues, he is currently in a strong working partnership with Oprah Winfrey's OWN Television network.
