PRINCE'S ESTATE SUES JAY Z'S ROC NATION OVER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT!

Late American music legend, Prince, had the legal team from his Estate sue TIDAL, Roc Nation's online music storefront for streaming Prince's music catalog illegally. Prince, before his death in 2015, did sign an agreement with TIDAL which gave the online music store exclusive rights to Prince's HITnRUN: Phase 1 album alone for 90 days. This arrangement has been violated as TIDAL now has more than Prince's HITnRUN: Phase 1 album on its catalog list with 15 additional Price albums and it is still streaming all of these on its servers worldwide, this has forced the late musician's legal team to wade into action by demanding it's immediate pull down and damages. As at the time of filing this report, Prince's music catalog has not been pulled down from TIDAL neither has its CEO, Jay Z, come forward with any word on why his company is brazenly still violating copyright laws.
