GAME OF THRONES STAR PETER VAUGHAN DIES AT 93 YEARS OLD!

Popular actor Peter Ohm Vaughan whose role was Maester Aemon in the hit TV series GAME OF THRONES; he also stared in a series of hit flicks which include the 1974 sitcom Porridge which catapulted him to fame with the role of Harry Grouty, others include the movies THE CRUCIBLE, STAR WARS, THE BANDITS, BRAZIL, STRAW DOGS, NAKED RUNNER, REMAINS OF THE DAY among others.

The 93 year old actor was partially blind as he took up the role of the blind Maester Aemon on the GAME OF THRONES set for five years; Peter Vaughan died peacefully at approximately 10:30 am USA local time.
