COSON (Copyright Society of Nigeria), brought a life-long dream to pass for musicians in Nigerian.

COSON which is the only Collecting Society in Nigeria lawfully charged with the responsibility of collecting royalties and licensing musical works in the country has been through many woes and throes to emerge the sole CMO licensed by NCC.

Musicians along with dignitaries thronged to No. 41, Oluwalehinmu Str. off Allen Avenue Ikeja where the elegant COSON House is situated to witness another great day in the entertainment industry in Nigeria.

Among the dignitaries present for the commissioning of the grand edifice were Akwa Ibom State Deputy Governor Moses Ekpo, Former Edo State Commissioner for Arts and Culture and legendary musician Sir Victor Uwaifo, Afro Juju Maestro Sir Shina Peters among others.
