Our press team ran into legendary Nigerian music producer, Lemmy Jackson aka African Quincy Jones, whose 'magic finger' production brought to limelight the likes of Chris Okotie, Oliver De Coque, King Sunny Ade (KSA), Onyeka Nwenu, Majek Fashek, Ras Kimono, Victor Essiet and The Mandators, Bongos Ikwe, Christy Essien Igbokwe, Oby Onyioha, Funmi Adams, Peterside Otong and a host of others. Lemmy, who now resides and produces from Uyo under his 'Lemmy Jackson Entertainment' auspice, dropped a message for Nigerian musicians both upcoming and established;

"In line with today's World Music Celebration, I congratulate musicians all over the world and I wish them more creativity in all their musical endeavor. I implore the upcoming music artistes to be patient and work hard to get the best and lasting results while already established musicians should keep making more musical hits with positive messages." he concluded.
In the same vein popular Nigerian musician, Fadabasi Effiong aka Abasi Mmi Ayaya, who in the cause of his career has endorsed two Nigerian banks (DIAMOND & FCMB), his signature tune 'Diamond In The Sky' with its catch phrase 'HULLE HULLE HULLE HULLE' is still used by Diamond Bank today in their products. Fadabasi who has gotten to the pinnacle of musicianship, also spoke to #TheSageNEWSHUB, where he had the following to say:
" I felicitate with all musicians and those doing business in the music industry which include producers, sound engineers, marketers, record label owners, entertainment writers, disc jockeys and so on, I wish to draw attention to the limitless digital advantage of the internet as a catalyst to the growth of the industry, we should all take advantage of the technological space and bring innovation to music locally and globally. I also want to implore my colleagues to educate themselves about the workings of the fast growing industry especially in view of the I.C.T age; lastly, a tree cannot make a forest therefore we have to work harmoniously together for the good of all"
