THE KID, UTIBE, WHOSE REMIX OF DAVIDO'S SONG 'IF' WENT VIRAL, LOSES MOM!

If you can recollect Utibe, the little kid whose cover video of Davido's song 'IF' went viral. The kid is in a real ugly situation as we speak, as his mother who has been battling for her life from the clutches of an unknown illness gave up the ghost yesterday. Sham Rock, the guy who recorded Utibe's viral video made this sad revelation via  his post on social media:

“Rest in peace UTIBES MUM.. U struggled to live, u were always telling me u want to start business I told u to recover first, now I got a call u are gone so soon, if life was to be sold I will buy some more years for u…I tried to battle with ur health,but my best wasn’t good enough, Who will look after utibe and the two younger sisters.. Who will live in the huz we are building for u… I just wish u slept in that huz even for a second.. My heart is heavy. But GOD knows best. Rip ma’am.”

Utibe who was enrolled into school at Government Central Primary school, Ibeno, Akwa Ibom State and also has a new home under construction all via the goodwill of Davido. The singer had arranged to meet the kid upon his (Davido) arrival in the country.
