Controversial Nigerian author, Chimamanda Adichie, who recently was awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Letters from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
The award was presented to her by the institution's Vice Chancellor, Professor Sir Timothy O'Shea.
Adichie was given her award at Scotland's oldest concert hall, St. Cecilia's Hall.
