October 7, 2009 saw Pop singer Barbra Streisand make history as the female act with most chart toppers in Billboard Hot 200 history with the shocker that came with her topping the Billboard Hot 200 with her 'Love Is The Answer' music album which made it the ninth time she sat at the top spot on the charts and thereby earning her the coveted title.
