COMCAST PHONE OUTAGE RESULTS IN LOSSES RUNNING INTO MILLIONS
It has not been funny for hours now as Telecoms giant, Comcast has gone off air causing phone lines to be out of service, thereby disrupting thousands of businesses including individuals to be at the mercy of the U.S Network Provider.
Disruption of voice services to businesses across the United States of America has heretofore ran many of these establishments aground as Comcast one of the most important Network service providers in the U.S today.
It will not be out of place to surmise that millions of dollars have been lost due to the inability of Comcast to live up to it's expectations of providing it's numerous customers with high quality voice telephony without hitches nor glitches.
Disappointed Business owners across the country took to social media platform, Twitter to air their views while Comcast itself through it's Customer Care Unit to placate it's teeming customer base on the ensuing outage.
Speaking to newsmen earlier today, Comcast's Vice President In-charge of Communications, Jennifer Bilotta had the following to say:
"Some Comcast Business customers may be experiencing issues with their Business Voice service, We are working to restore service to these customers as soon as possible. We appreciate our customers’ patience as we work to resolve the issue and will provide additional updates as they are available."
Regulatory authorities are yet to respond to this mishap, but it is hoped that the outage will be adequately looked into.
